I get you, girl. <br /><br />A significant others' opinion on your body can really rock the esteem and create a lot of doubt. <br /><br />I'm sure a lot of "should" could be thrown around. <br /><br />When this happens to me, I try to remind myself that he's (though somewhat tactlessly) expressing his concern for my well-being which does affect him. To make you judge yourself so harshly. <br /><br />Even though my man has now maybe 25lbs to lose, he says "Let's get healthy and stay healthy together." That is truly supportive.<br /><br />Fit women do not always have confidence. That comes from within.
