Quick Update

I just wanted to write in numbers. So here we go.

I had a busy morning so I only did one out and back jog this morning with good numbers (but every little bit counts right?):

2 miles in 26 minutes

As for calories I decided to wait until the following day to write down my calorie in take (since it could always change after I post it here) so so far I have:

Mon: unknown
Tue: 2,079 calories
Wed: 1,984 calories
Thur: 1,630 calories & counting


That's all for now. I'm still hungry for something sweet so chances are Thursdays calorie intake is going to change.
